About a week after I strained my neck, I made the decision to see a Chiropractor because the pain was NOT going away. I was uncomfortable, using pain killers constantly hoping for relief, and not sleeping much at night because of the discomfort. Finally I decided I needed some kind of help. I know lots of people my age who see Dr. Van Til, so I decided to call and give Chiropractic a try for the first time. He got me in immediately - that day - and I actually started feeling relief after the first adjustment (which I was NOT expecting after having suffered the whole week!) My pain decreased with each adjustment, and I felt completely pain-free after just 5 adjustments. (And like others have said, I also felt like I could breathe better and had better range of motion in my neck than even before I strained my neck.) Overall it has been a really great experience going there. They are flexible with appointment times, the staff is super nice, the office is kid-friendly, which is huge for me since I always have my 2 young girls with me (they have a fun play area to keep them busy during my adjustment,) and to top it off, they actually hand out the Dr's cell phone number for any emergencies. That's what I call customer service!
